The food was unfortunately not so great and there is no changing facilities, if you are with small children there. Too bad, but I forgive a star because the staff was really friendly.

A "pulled by the hair" answer. We - my wife and 9 week old son - were invited to my grandcousin's breakfast. Due to a slight delay, we were allowed to take the stroller right next to the toilets. At what point we as guests, if someone can remember us, did not meet the expectations of the Menning restaurant is a mystery to me.
